Join Candace and take your Hatha practice to the next level by breaking down each posture and exploring benefits, modifications, and correct alignment.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of HATHA YOGA.  This supportive balance between theory and practice, alignment principles, body mechanics, and proper modifications will help to make your own practice a richer experience.

We will explore the foundational Hatha Asanas, the principles of Pranayama, as well as Mudhras, Bandhas, and Kriyas. All of these components are essential for a fuller, more complete grasp of the practice of yoga. This ancient practice holds many traditional elements. Learn the foundations of yoga; the house that you then build will be a solid one!
