Sound baths elicit the relaxation response and in the relaxation response the body relaxes, the blood pressure lowers, the heart rate lowers and the body basically goes into healing mode. In times when all the storms are happening around, Sound Bath becomes a tool to release stress and anxiety, process emotions, and realign the energy centers of our bodies.

My name is Olga Zvereva. I’m a hypnotherapist, coach, sound, and energy healer. While working in the field of software engineering for over twenty years I found myself ready for physical, mental, and spiritual transformation. As I began my studies, I saw an opportunity to combine my experience with my passion. My passion is helping others to reduce stress, and utilize true potential through self-exploration, self-awareness, and wellness. I believe everyone deserves a happy and healthy life.
