Join Suzanne as she guides you through a powerful vinyasa practice that encourages you to put your heart first.

This workshop will begin with an aromatherapy practice to allow the mind to settle and sensation to flourish.

You will then enter a strong, flowing sequence that will focus on chest opening & backbending poses such as bow pose, camel, and wheel. These postures are strong yet vulnerable, require significant effort and ease, just like our own hearts. Weaving in themes of self love & self care, Suzanne will demonstrate the ways in which your yoga practice can help support you in these endeavors.

We will conclude with a long & luxurious savasana with gentle massage to assist you in feeling relaxed and cared for. We will even have a special chocolate treat at the end of class.

I had a teacher that would say when you teach yoga it’s all about the love you give your students. I actually repeat it to myself still today after 10 years of teaching. My goal is to offer my love with my whole heart when I teach. It’s all about the students. I want to create a community of students and friends that lead a better life and have a better experience this time around due to their connection to their practice. I am passionate about the practice, about the connection, about the compassion, about the awareness that yoga can, and does, bring me and others every day.
