Do you love hip hop music? Learn what foods to eat pre and post workout to burn fat and increase muscle! Join JJ Mauss, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor & Lover of old school hip hop at Fruition Yoga & Wellness.
We’ll move through 75 minutes of a unique vinyasa flow, throw in a couple dance moves and engage in a group talk about foods for fuel and energy!
Dress in your favorite yoga clothes & prepare to let loose: it is time for hip hop yoga!
