Instructor Bio

Arundhati Baitmangalkar (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is the founder and lead teacher of Aham Yoga. In addition, she has her yoga blog, “Living Yoga” which is recognized as one of the leading yoga blogs on the web. She also runs her own YouTube channel where you can find free yoga videos helping you grow your yoga practice. Arundhati is known for her attention to detail, precision in teaching yoga and humor. She makes everyone feel successful and seen in their yoga practice. This workshop was offered over 4 years ago to a small group of yoga students who were interested in doing yoga at home when Arundhati traveled back to study yoga. It was an instant success and we have continued to offer it since then every year. To help more people do yoga anytime and anywhere.
