Honoring the Divine Feminine with Sally Halbett
Oct 13, 2019 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm| $40
Come join Sally and MJ to explore the spirit, power and beauty of the Divine Feminine. We all have both masculine and feminine energies within us. In yoga, these energies may be known as Shiva and Shakti, Yin and Yang, Sun and Moon. This is an opportunity to explore the richness of your deepest self and the many diverse forms that the Divine Feminine expresses within. Open to and honor the Shakti wisdom through being in circle together, ceremony, enjoying a sweet flowing yoga practice, mantra, sound and vibration, and guided meditation. We will complete our time together with a luxurious restorative practice accompanied by a healing sound bath by MJ. Extra Bonus…we are meeting on the day of the full moon, increasing the feminine energy and vibration present and the manifestation of our intentions!
Please bring an item with a sacred connection to you and/or that represents the Divine Feminine for you, to place on the altar/mandala at the center of our circle.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to workshop. No refunds allowable after that time.

About the instructor: Sally Halbett
Sally teaches mindful, fluid, alignment based yoga linking breath with movement. Teaching with compassion, acceptance, and humor, she encourages students to honor their own body and own experience, while cultivating inner awareness. She hopes to help her students quiet the mind, reconnect to the heart and the breath, and find strength and ease in the body, both on and off the mat. Sally has been a student and practitioner of yoga for more than 20 years, a practice that has greatly influenced her life. She eventually felt a pull to share her experience with yoga as a teacher, and received her 200 hour RYT certification in January 2012 in Nosara, Costa Rica. She is currently in the process of completing her 500 hour RYT certification through 8 Limbs Yoga here in Seattle. In addition to teaching yoga, Sally provides Thai yoga bodywork through her business, www.tulathaiyoga.com, and is a certified Reiki practitioner.
