Get out of your chair and into the Idaho wilderness. Grab a paddle, a mat, an open mind and let’s raft down the Middle Fork and Main Salmon rivers in search of the wildest yoga classrooms on the planet.

Wilderness Adventure Yoga on the Salmon River is way more than a yoga retreat. This is a life-changing, nature submerging, forest bathing, river running journey and yes- a yoga retreat! While daily yoga will be part of the experience, there’s great opportunity for so many activities like soaking in hot springs, hiking to native sites with petroglyphs and waterfalls, good old-fashioned R&R by unplugging from our technology. The Salmon River is also known for its world-class fishing! So, if you like the idea of bald eagles flying through your camp on cue, well this is the place!

We’ll camp in forests of Ponderosa Pines as well as on sandy beaches in tents on plush foam pads- OR even under the stars if you prefer! It’s all inclusive from planning, equipment and gear, from breakfast-to-order daily, to the 12 days of happy hour and a gourmet dinner menu. Anything you would need is likely to already be in your closet. You just have to show up with your great smile and arrive ready for some adventure.

Here’s What We’ll Experience:

  • YOGA INSTRUCTION: Daily yoga over looking the most beautiful parts of the Salmon River.
  • RAFTING/KAYAKING: 200 miles of the wildest rivers in North America. Get ready for some adventure.
  • HIKING/HOT SPRINGS: Excursions to pictographs sites, historic abandoned homesteads, waterfalls and spectacular views.
  • INCREDIBLE MEALS: We use local & organic foods, prepared with tender care, and served to you.
