Yoga Teacher Training (300 hour) Information session

If you’re looking to advance your yoga teacher training, Aham yoga is offering an in-depth, authentic 300 hour yoga teacher training from May to December 2019. The training is on weekends and available to anyone who wants to study yoga further or for yoga teachers looking to acquire a 300 hour training.

The information session will take you through all the details of the course. Answer questions. Meet fellow classmates and preview some of the samples of the syllabus.

Arundhati is the founder and course director at Aham Yoga. Having studied and taught yoga in India, she started Aham Yoga when she moved to Redmond 5 years ago. As a platform to share her passion and love for yoga with the yoga community. In just a few years, she has grown and transformed Aham Yoga into a space that celebrates authentic yoga, a thriving yoga community, supports and creates new yoga teachers to help take yoga forward. One of the youngest and most successful yoga teachers in the area, she is also a reputed blogger and a professional Bollywood dancer and fitness professional. Known for being authentic and knowledgeable. Her teaching style is a refreshing mix of authentic yoga made to suit modern day lifestyles.
