✓ 10:45am Becoming Lighter: a Feminist Approach. Partnership with the innate intelligence of the female animal that is your body. Release the heavy burden of shame and naturally make choices that nurture your body and soul Robin Maynard-Dobbs is a certified personal coach, counselor, hypnotherapist and founder of BecomingLighter.
✓ 11:30am Radiate Love. Practice heart opening poses to cultivate confidence and release stagnant emotions, allowing the free exchange of compassion, kindness and gratitude. Christa Midca, RYT-200, blends her favorite bits of many yoga traditions as she promotes a sense of balance.

✓ 1:15pm InsideOut Yoga Teacher Training Showcase. InsideOut Yoga nurtures the development of new yoga teachers. In this mild to moderate practice, Christine Dee, Tier 2 student, will demonstrate how IOY has helped cultivate the evolution of her unique style as a teacher.
✓ 2:00pm Co-creating Life with Spirit. Cultivating trust in our inner wisdom opens us to new possibilities that allow life decisions to be easier and more joyful. We will explore ways to surrender and play with Spirit to experience your greater freedom, and even love. Yes, love! ✓ 3:30pm Dance and Celebrate InsideOut Yoga! What better way to celebrate InsideOut Yoga than a dance party! Jill Pagano, author of Getting Happy with your Body, will guide us in a simple, welcoming, move-to-music experience that will de-stress and invigorate your body from the “inside-out”.
✓ 4:30 – 7:30pm PARTY! Snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, music and drawings for lovey prizes.
