Wanting to begin a home practice or wishing to grow a practice already in place, this workshop is for you! We will address the what, when and how. We will also spend at least 30 minutes doing a practice together! You will receive 5 home practice sequences too!
The workshop is $25 if you preregister, $30 for walk ins.
