Please join us as we celebrate International Day of Yoga with ambassadors Audrey Sutton Mills and Sarah Adler. Here are some words from Audrey on what you can expect to find in this morning practice.

In celebration of international yoga day and summer solistic, join Sarah and I for a morning of yoga, meditation and intention setting.With the change of seasons, it is the perfect time to get quiet, reflect and renew your intentions.

Yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or balance on your hands. Yoga is not about stretchy leggings or kombucha . . . although there will be that too. Yoga is all about guiding you to the person you are meant to be. Yoga is the journey back home to yourself – to that place of connection, joy and love. After our morning of movement and intention setting, join us for GT’s kombucha, conversation and connection.

We will meet next to the playground, in the large grassy area near the entrance to Green Lake. All you need to bring is your yoga mat and you. Hope to see you there in celebration of International Day of Yoga.

This event is open to all ages and all levels. thanks for spreading the word and bring your friends and family.

In case of rain we will take things inside to retreat coffee and do a mini intention setting workshop and meditation.

About the instructors: Audrey Sutton Mills and Sarah Adler

Audrey Sutton teaches Power Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation classes, and she has created and hosted a wide range of workshops, retreats, yoga teacher training, and online videos that help people live more fulfilled, blissful and abundant lives. Audrey has also worked with PGA Golfers and the Miami Marlins baseball team, and she is a lululemon ambassador and the author of Blissful Bitch, a personal development book that empowers women to become whole and live in alignment with their True Selves. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. All of the wisdom and answers we seek lie within us, and Audrey is passionate about yoga, because it helps create space, physically, mentally and emotionally, and leads you back to your home, your heart, your Soul.
