Join lululemon Pacific Place + Poseurs Yoga for a one hour Vinyasa practice benefiting local Seattle charity, Entre Hermanos

Kick off Pride Week with a donation-based practice, lead by Emily Denton of Poseurs Yoga, benefiting Entre Hermanos.

Entre Hermanos is a local Seattle organization on a mission to promote the health and well-being of the Latino Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and questioning community in a culturally appropriate environment through disease prevention, education, support services, advocacy and community building. Arrive between 6:00 and 6:25 to sign in + sign a waiver, gift your donation (suggested $10-20), and settle in for your practice. Post class, hang out for complimentary Kombucha provided by G.T.’s.

All people, all ages, and all faces are welcome. We hope to see you there.

*The studio is located up one flight of stairs at Zum Fitness, Downtown Seattle.

Emily Denton

 

Emily Denton is a local Vinyasa teacher and founder of the zine and yoga class series “Poseurs”. It is her passion to merge the practice of yoga with the arts, and bring affordable yoga classes to the community. As a true believer in the healing medicine of yoga she is certified to teach many styles including Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and leads the Hatha based Noise Yoga series at the Frye Art Museum. She is committed to holding space for contemplation and meditation in our urban life.
