Are you curious about yoga but don’t know where to start? Are you looking to rediscover your practice? Join us for the Intro to Yoga Series beginning in January as we look at and discuss how the foundational poses can fit your unique body.The Intro to Yoga Series is a five-week series designed to give the novice yogi (or those wanting a refresher) an understanding of the foundational poses and breath work encountered in any vinyasa or flow based class. You will discover the anatomical principles for the sun salutations and warrior poses along with some twists, backbends and hip openers. Classes will meet once a week for 75 minutes on the following Sunday afternoons from 1:15pm-2:30pm: January 6th, January 13th, January 20th, January 27 & February 3rd.
