Introduction to Ayurveda with Afrin Sopariwala

Join us for a workshop on Ayurveda, the sister discipline of Yoga with guest speaker Afrin Sopariwala. An ardent student of yoga and ayurveda who guides us on how to live a healthy, well balanced life through the two sister disciplines of yoga and ayurveda. Ayurveda, translates into the science of living. Participants will understand the key concepts of this ancient practice, how to understand it in relation to our own body, lifestyle and practice as well as its relationship to Yoga.
