Have you been looking to start yoga? Here’s the perfect opportunity to build your foundation to start yoga practice. Aham Yoga is offering a 4 week course for people who are new to yoga or looking to return to yoga after a long break.

The 4 weeks will help you:

  • Build strength & increase flexibility
  • Understand foundations of alignment in yoga poses
  • Improve joint flexibility & improve overall health
  • De- stress from everyday life tensions
  • Get you started to try yoga anywhere & everywhere

The course is led by studio owner, Arundhati Baitmangalkar and takes place on Fridays from 6:30pm to 8pm from March 6th to March 27th, 2015.
