Join Annie for a 2 hour workshop dedicated to finding strength to support arm balancing, inversions, press handstands, and floating (floats: jump through, forward & jump backs).
Come prepared to play your edge and learn how building strength on your mat will support you in every area of your life. All levels are welcome.

About the instructor: Annie James
“By title, I am a RN, RYT-200hr and ICF Certified Professional Coach based in the Pacific Northwest. By passion, I am a student of Ashtanga yoga with a drive to share the practice with others. Yoga has weaved its way in and out of my life since I was pre-teen. I was first introduced to yoga as a child by my father. At age 19, I moved to Mount Madonna Center a center which stands as a modern translation of the 8 limb path. Amidst exploration, I spent this time diving deeper into my practice. The following decade, amongst college, career building, and starting a business I lost dedication to the practice. Most of my 20’s were years trying on different styles of yoga (modern to traditional) and using asana as a way to balance various high intensity activities I was drawn to. After becoming a mom, I started a dedicated home practice and soon after received my RYT on Bainbridge Island. In my personal practice I follow the Ashtanga method with guidance from my teacher.”
