Time to break down how to go upside down.

Join Cal for this fun and informative workshop featuring step-by-step instructions for getting in and out of inversions.

In this workshop, the focus will be on drills and modifications for headstands, handstands and presses building a strong foundation to move upside down safely and with confidence.

This workshop is perfect if you are new to using your hands as feet. But, all levels are welcome!

We’ll supply the props. You bring your mat, towel, water and playful spirit.

Date & Time: Friday, Oct. 25th @6:30pm-8pm

Investment: $30.

Drop-Ins welcome. However, pre-registration is encouraged

Cal is a certified yoga instructor and she teaches at Spark Hot Yoga in Snohomish, Washington.  She is deeply passionate about the movement, art and beauty of yoga, finding creative ways to meld breath with body in fun and invigorating flows.
