Our Slower yoga is an excellent choice for those who need a slower approach to yoga practice. The practice is more gentle and more props are used to customize the practice to individual needs than our regular Beginner Fundamentals level 1&2 classes. The class is not for those who are extremely injured and need private therapeutic instruction. This is a group class for those who can participate in most exercises, with simple modifications.

The course is only $10 for those who are new to the center, Live in Washington State, AND pre-register here on our website. Only 15 spaces are available. The fee for Non-New Students is $23 AND For visitors from Outside the Immediate Seattle Area.
