200h Evening Teacher Training & In-depth Studies Course-Center For Yoga Of Seattle

Our Slower yoga is an excellent choice for those who need a slower approach to yoga practice. The practice is more gentle and more props are used to customize the practice to individual needs than our regular Beginner Fundamentals level 1&2 classes. The class is not for those who are extremely injured and need private therapeutic instruction. This is a group class for those who can participate in most exercises, with simple modifications.

The course is free only for those who are new to the center, Live in Washington State, AND pre-register here on our website(no credit card is required). Only 15 spaces are available. The fee for Non-New Students is $23 AND For visitors from Outside the Immediate Seattle Area.

For those that don’t pre-register, our $23 drop-in fee will be charged, even to brand new students.
