Join Stephane Lalo from Marseille, France for a Iyengar Yoga Workshop at the center for Yoga of Seattle in Ravenna.

Stephane is the founder and Director of Centre De Yoga Iyengar De Marseille in the south of France. He was given an advanced teaching certificate from BKS Iyengar. He trains yearly in Poona India at the Iyengar Yoga Institute for one to two and a half months! Stephane teaches workshops around Europe and Asia. He will be coming from a teaching tour in Asia to teach the Northwest Iyengar Yoga Community. The workshop is open to all with some experience in Iyengar Yoga. It is presumed that you can do some version of the inversions.
