JOGA is geared toward athletes and the athletic body to change their game while preventing injury and encouraging active recovery in their conditioning. JOGA Coaches are kinesiology graduates, physiotherapists, massage therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, fitness trainers, fitness enthusiasts, yoga instructors, and athletes themselves, who want to learn a style of yoga that is built around athletics and the athletic mind. They are not only sports enthusiasts but also have a passion for movement and a desire to understand the mechanics of the body.

- $25 Drop-in rate per class
- $18/class for your first time at the studio
