Just Breathe – A Yoga and Scuba Retreat 2018

All you have to do is breathe…

Join us for a guided yoga, scuba and cultural tour on the island of Cozumel in Mexico, February 28 – March 7, 2018.

Wake up to a day loaded with adventure! Walk out to a poolside yoga practice followed by a healthy breakfast. Walk to the dock, jump on a boat, and experience 2 amazing dives! Rest for a while in a hammock or in your ocean-view room and then join us for a guided journaling session, dinner in town at a small, local restaurant. On the non-dive days, explore the Mayan Ruins and the Mayan Chocolate Factory, eat lunch in town and visit small boutique shops. The last night of the trip, enjoy a sunset yoga practice on the beach with local yogis and enjoy cocktails during social hour!

New to diving? Perfect! The Dive Package includes Open Water Certification for new divers or 4 days of boat dives plus a night dive for certified divers.

New to Yoga? Beginners are welcome!

• A quaint, boutique dive hotel located on the water’s edge that is walking distance from the center of town.
• Each room has a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with a water view.
