Join Megan and her amazing yoga sessions for our younger yogis! Classes run for 10 weeks.
Classes begin the week of Jan 22, run through April 2nd and will take off the SPS week of Feb 19/20.
KIDSFLOW:
Mondays 4:15-5pm Ages 5-9
Dragonfly’s after school kids’ yoga flow class is designed to start teaching kids about the basics of yoga through games, crafts, books, and fun! We’ll shake off the school day, learn to tune into how our body feels and move through mindful poses with our superpower (psst… it’s our breath!). Using the power of our breath, we’ll also slow down and focus on the importance of rest. Yoga isn’t just for our 45-minutes on the mat, it’s also a key part of our lives! Kids will learn tools to take off the mat into their homes and their school day.
TWEEN/TEENFLOW:
Tuesdays 4:15-5pm Ages 10-14
The tween/teen years have an overdrive of emotions! Dragonfly’s after school tween/teen yoga flow class is designed to check in with yogis on their emotions, how they are feeling in their bodies, and teach them how movement and breath can help change outlooks and attitudes.
With guided journal prompts, breathwork, community building, and breaking down yoga poses, yogis can cultivate tools to take off the mat into their lives outside the studio.
And some great tunes don’t hurt.
Price: 10 weeks of yoga for $200.
