This 2.5 hour workshop will focus on the Latissimus Dorsi & Serratus Anterior. Learning about these powerful upper body muscles will transform your relationship with your own body & your yoga practice.

Using a life-sized skeleton, you will see the origins and insertions of these muscles and observe the unique way they move and function in the body. Tina will guide you through exercises that “wake-up” these areas, empowering your ability to connect with your body.

The workshop will end with a strong 60+ minute vinyasa style practice that will remind you to feel & utilize the Latissimus Dorsi & Serratus Anterior. The practice will encourage you to find “the sweet spot of edge” that allows for a deeper experience in familiar yoga poses.
