Guru Gayatri welcomes our newest member to our Pacific Northwest Kundalini family, Kirpal Singh. Join Kirpal Singh each Monday evening at 7pm for a vigorous Kundalini workout, an extended Gong Healing, Meditation, Mantra Chanting, and Deep Relaxation.

Sacred Gong Immersions are deeply healing when combined with Kundalini Yoga. Chant Mantras from every tradition. Practice breath and movement. Deeply Relax to relieve the stress of daily life.

Kundalini yoga is a practical tool for everyday people. It is not posture based; therefore, it’s accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or body type. It’s powerful, efficient, and effective. Kundalini yoga gives people the experience of connecting with their personal power, of having a clear mind, and a wholeness of being.

$20 per class. Passes are accepted. Drop-ins are always welcome!

This class is open to all levels.

For those new to class, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for extended gong relaxation. Please wear clothing that is comfortable for you.

Parking is available one block away, just East of Columbia City Fitness. There is an open parking lot across from the Evangelistic Church of God on MLK Boulevard.


About the instructor: Kirpal Singh

Kirpal SinghKirpal Singh was raised in a yogic family. His parents met Yogi Bhajan in the early 70’s. and quickly adopted the Sikh and 3HO lifestyle. A vegetarian since birth, Kirpal Singh attended boarding school in the Himalayan Mountains at an early age and took to practicing yoga and meditation as part of his daily routine.

After graduating from school in India, he moved to Espanola, New Mexico and continued to develop his personal discipline under the direct tutelage of Yogi Bhajan. During this time he served as personal adjutant to Yogi Bhajan while attending the University of New Mexico.

Kirpal Singh has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for well over 20 years. He and his family recently relocated to Seattle, eager to serve the Pacific Northwest yogic community. His mission is to share the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and to continue mastering the science of Kundalini Yoga and meditation.
