Bring a Friend for Free!  As Thanksgiving rolls around once again let’s infuse tradition with Breath, Movement, and Sound to celebrate in ways that will make us truly happy!

Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for all that we have. As we experience the turmoil of the world, let’s take pause on this special occasion with a deep conscious breath; come together in practice to align and elevate ourselves so that we may become the hope our world needs.

Kundalini Yoga isn’t meant to isolate us from the challenges of everyday life, but to bring us more into our reality so that we can live our lives more effectively and thus become contributors in our communities. It’s easy to dismiss the struggles of the world, thinking that they are not our own. But let’s remember the first of the Aquarian Sutras “Recognize the other person as you!”

Gratitude is a necessity of healing, it’s the best way to heal yourself!

Join Sada Simran on this special morning as we practice Kundalini Yoga, Gong, Deep Relaxation, and Mantra Meditation to deeply resonate with sacred vibrations to support a world at Ease and in Balance …Healthy, Happy, and, Whole!

This will be the only class of the day!

“The attitude of gratitude is the highest way of living, and is the biggest truth, the highest truth. You cannot live with applied consciousness until you understand that you have to be grateful for what you have. If you are grateful for what you have, then Mother Nature will give you more.”

– Yogi Bhajan
