Laughter Yoga is a unique practice which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama).

In this workshop learn how to stimulate laughter through physical exercises and playfulness. We will RE-learn what came so naturally to us as children and celebrate the 4 elements of Joy! You will also learn new breathing techniques which are used to prepare the lungs for the hearty laughter.

Our Laughter Yoga session will end with a ‘Laughter Meditation’ and Yoga Nidra (‘Yogic Sleep’) which is a guided body scan and progressive relaxation. This entire experience is quite powerful and often leads to a healthy emotional catharsis and also a feeling of release and joyfulness that can last for days.
