In the spirit of Yoga’s traditional definition, Bobby’s class delivers union of the body from the tip of the toes to the crown of the head. Using the Universal Yoga technique of criss-cross mats, Bobby’s vinyasa class will change how you see and feel about your practice! In this 2-hour mandala-based practice the focus is made toward the major joints, muscles and spine all while adhering to the simple discipline of breathing in and out. Learn about balance, alignment of the spine, shoulder, hips all while developing synchronicity with your breath…and having fun.
