Gentle movement and stretching followed by breath awareness along with a guided meditation will combine both mindfulness practices with Tibetan Buddhism teachings. After the meditation, there will be space for journaling and reflection together. Students are encouraged to bring something to write in, so as to draw or write about their experience from the meditation. There will be time to reflect as a group for those who would like to share their insights. It will provide an opportunity to connect more deeply with oneself and the community.
