Welcome! Please join us for a free lecture on Yogananda’s teachings and the science of Kriya Yoga meditation. During this presentation, you will learn how meditation helps you awaken your inner power.

This talk will be presented by Brother Pranavananda, a long time monk of the Self-Realization Fellowship monastic order, who will be visiting the Seattle area for that weekend.

This free public lecture will be given on Friday, October 16th, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at the Red Lion Inn in Bellevue (free parking is available). There will be an informal reception following the talk.
Paramahansa Yogananda teachings include a system of powerful meditation techniques as part of the science of Kriya Yoga. These techniques are available through the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons.
Author of the best-selling spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi, this beloved world teacher came to America in 1920 from his native India, and was the first great master of yoga to live and teach in the West for an extended period (more than 30 years). He is now widely recognized as the Father of Yoga in the West and was recently the subject of an award winning documentary film, “AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda”. He founded Self-Realization Fellowship (1920) and Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (1917), which continue to carry on his spiritual legacy worldwide.
