Immerse Yourself in the Creation of a Mandala

In this workshop students will create a Mandala full of color and insight. In small groups, students will work together in silence to create a different Mandala design. This workshop aims to bring participants into a sacred space where we can focus our attention and rest our minds. A short breathing and movement practice will precede the creation of the Mandalas. Each creation will be discarded at the end of our practice as a reminder of the impermanence of all in life.

All levels of Yoga and Meditation practitioners are invited to enroll. This workshop will especially benefit students who may be passing through a stressful time in their lives or those who might not presently be able to participate in a strong physical movement practice, but still desire to be in community. Please dress comfortably and come with an open mind and heart.
