What to expect:
- 2x daily yoga, meditation, and sound bath, at the beach and in various yoga rooms located onsite
- Temazcal, an ancient steam bath ceremony to help detoxify the body and purify the mind
- Hike to Playa Colomitos, a hidden sandy bay backed by the jungle
- Cacao ceremony
- All meals with GF and vegan options, snacks and more (alcohol not included)
- Single or double accommodations in the palapas with A/C options
- Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear
- Transportation to & from the airport, boat transportation to & from the retreat destination
- Yoga mats and props provided
- Dinner on the beach for our last evening
Note: The venue is accessed by stairs to and from the palapas, the yoga rooms, the beach, the dining area, etc.
