Join Karina Brossmann and Leah Zaccaria on the coast of Mexico for a full week of healing and deep nourishment of heart, mind, and soul. Immerse yourself in daily yoga practices, guided meditation, beach relaxation, and wholesome eating. Karina and Leah have designed this retreat to be much more than a physical asana experience. They have crafted a journey for you to find your true bliss, unleash your true voice and share your true self! Dive into self-discovery with morning meditations followed by an inspiring vinyasa flow practice, woven with powerful themes and spiritual teachings. Flexibility in the schedule allows plenty of time to explore the town of Sayulita, lounge at the pool, take a dip in the ocean or treat yourself to a massage at the amazing wellness center at Haramara. In the afternoons there will be special classes such as partner yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, improvised movement, ecstatic dancing on the beach at sunset, and an opportunity to experience the sweat lodge on site (the sweat lodge is a small additional fee). Haramara Retreat Center is a secluded seaside yoga haven located in Sayulita, Mexico 25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. The land and structure of the center were specifically designed to embody the teachings of yoga by providing a natural, serine and supportive space to connect with oneself and mother earth. This is the place to truly unplug. The moment you step foot on the property you will never want to!

Training:
• 200 Hour Vinyasa Training with Alchemy of Yoga, teachers Silvia Mordini and Jenniferlyn Cheimingo at hauteyoga Queen Anne (sister studio to shefayoga Roosevelt)

Experience:
• Practicing since 2006
• Teaching since 2011

I have always been avidly into fitness, dance and movement and became passionate for hot yoga in 2006. Yoga changed my life. Coming from a stressful career environment where I work as a CPA, it helped me quiet my mind and see my life for what it was and how I wanted it to be.
It had been dream of mine to own my own business. Therefore, I decided to marry my business expertise with my passion for yoga to create a studio that would be successful from a business standpoint but also reach and help people physically, emotionally and spiritually, as well as build a community where people feel safe and loved unconditionally. My First studio, hauteyoga Queen Anne has been open since 2009 and has grown into something bigger and better than I ever dreamed. I feel it is my own dharma (purpose) to continue to build and foster communities in the Seattle area. shefayoga Roosevelt was born from this vision. I am extremely excited to have sister studios, each carrying the vision, but with their own unique being.

I am inspired and love to share messages of intention while practicing the asanas (poses). My classes are filled with love, laughter, movement, and really great music!

Karina Brossmann

Based out of Seattle WA, Karina Brossmann has been reveling in the world of sound and movement for over a decade. She received her BFA in Theater from Cornish College of the Arts, her 200 RYT yoga certification with Reflections Yoga, and has written and performed throughout Washington with former college band Annabel Lee and sister/flutist Bevani.

In 2014 she decided it was finally time to create her own, original album. She teamed up with the Canadian Baker brother-duo to produce nine gorgeous pop-ballads that will be released early 2016, titled “Love Unbroken.”

When Karina is not singing and performing around town, she teaches yoga at multiple studios across the Greater-Seattle area and holds private mentorship sessions for young girls (ages 8-18) looking for support in unleashing their unique voice.
