This workshop is an introduction to the What, Why, and How of Mindfulness. Learn a bit of the science behind it, explore how to develop a personalized mindfulness meditation practice that works for you, and also gain some simple tools for incorporating mini moments of mindfulness into your day: “Mmm moments.”
