Mindfulness Meditation is the moment-by-moment process of actively and openly observing one’s physical, mental, and emotional experiences. Practicing mindfulness helps to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being. Join us to soak in the art and find a place of calm.

Mindfulness Meditation is held on the second Thursday of every month from 12:30 to 1 PM. The program is free. Registration is not required, but please check in at the front desk for location information.
