Build awareness and strengthen your inner compassionate voice through the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Our self-talk has a powerful impact on our perception and wellbeing. With the practice of mindfulness meditation, we begin to increase the awareness of inner critical voices and realize the impact they have. We can then decide to meet this inner voice with a more compassionate voice.
Mindfulness helps us to see more clearly what is going on within our struggle. Self-compassion reminds us to speak to ourselves with kindness and to take action to give ourselves what we need. This can build the internal resources for navigating our daily lives, whatever comes our way.
