Yogadance: Suspensory Salutation with Music led by Theresa Elliott

The rhythmic nature of the Suspensory Salutation, cousin to the Sun Salutation, gives it a lyrical quality that can be heard internally while practicing. In this workshop, music will be added to support the deep, inward pull of the movement, and give the student an opportunity to learn how to integrate music into asana by using a set vinyasa framework. Recommendation: 3 years vinyasa or stationary technique. No prior experience with the Suspensory Salutation necessary.
