Our NEW Monthly Meditation Group is free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Yongey Mingyur Rinpocheโ€™s approach to meditation focuses on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Our meditation group includes a group meditation practice or guided meditation, followed by a group discussion. Feel free to join us anytime!

Our Group will meet on October 6 at 5pm. Feel free to come a little early to get to know others or relax.
