Our NEW Monthly Meditation Group is free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Yongey Mingyur Rinpocheโs approach to meditation focuses on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Our meditation group includes a group meditation practice or guided meditation, followed by a group discussion. Feel free to join us anytime!
Our Group will meet on October 6 at 5pm. Feel free to come a little early to get to know others or relax.
