Join us for introduction to Yoga. This class is specifically developed for youth ages 13+. Teacher will guide you through various poses and breathing practices. We will learn ways to manage stress in a fun, non-competitive, inclusive environment. This class with be a great introduction to break down yoga postures and dig deep into the benefits of breath and movement.
