Designed for kids ages 6-9 years

In this monthly class we will come together in a positive, non-judgmental environment and focus on building self-confidence, strength, concentration and discovering the warrior within.

Students are encouraged to express themselves while learning the basic yoga principles of respect to self and others. We will engage in mindfulness activities, relaxation, and meditation techniques in a non-competitive, playful, nurturing environment.

Dates & Time:
Sundays 5/19, 6/16 @ 2-3 PM

About the instructor: Sarah Mercier

Sarah Mercier

 

Sarah Mercier is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga’s teacher training program at the 500-hour level. Living with a chronic illness from childhood is what led Sarah to the mindfulness and breath-centered practices of Viniyoga. Her passion is inspiring others to be the best version of themselves, gain confidence and work to overcome their own personal obstacles. Through yoga, Sarah helps to bring peacefulness and mindfulness to each student, no matter what their age and level of experience.
