Explore the magic, movement, and mindfulness of the moon cycle and connect with mother nature in a circle of womxn. Community between womxn is an essential part of healing and connecting to our own strength and power. In a world where we have been taught to compete against one another, it’s an act of rebellion to relearn trust and connection to ourselves and each other.

This is a time to step outside of ordinary life to listen and attune to your deepest, most authentic self. Together we create a haven to cultivate our unique authenticity, be unedited, present and held.

Each gathering will be guided by the current moon phase, and will include an activity or short yoga practice. This may be more restorative or slightly more active, aligning with the moon phase of that week. Postures will be presented for all levels of ability and/or mobility.

This series is for all self-identifying womxn.

Each meeting will have a different rhythm and flow, but you can expect:

Discussion around the power and symbolism each moon phase brings us, and the affects it can have in our lives.
Each week to include reflection, sharing, journaling, ritual, movement or activity, and meditation.

About the instructor: Tera Bucasas

Tera Bucasas

Tera is endlessly curious and loves to constantly be learning. She is fascinated and inspired by the interconnection between all things. She believes yoga allows us time to connect to ourselves and others in a sacred way. An opportunity to not only take care of our physical, mental and emotional selves but a time to connect to our shared humanity. She believes in the power of exploring yoga in and out of postures. What she loves about teaching is the opportunity to connect to people, in person, to create a space that is safe to show up, be real and continually grow together. She is passionate about facilitating small group workshops and leading womxn’s circles. Find out where and when you can gather with Tera next  on her website or take a peak at her IG (although she’d rather just meet you in person!)
