This 12-week morning practice series will work on every layer of your being to clean, strengthen, energize and soothe your body while you awaken your spirit, preparing you to live into your full potential. Each practice is designed to expose all the delicious flavors of yoga — dynamic and strong sequences, energizing and playful flows that lead to arm balances, heart-opening postures, twists and core-focused movements, as well as gentle and introspective restorative poses and guided meditations.

You’ll learn to appreciate and savor the present moment while you build a synergistic connection between your body, your mind and your heart. It’s time to connect with your own ability to heal and nourish your whole self so that you may access the natural potential that exists inside of you. Give yourself the space and freedom to challenge any self-imposed boundaries, and embrace yourself wholeheartedly.
