Mothers day Spa Yoga Special (includes Extended self foot massage sequence!) with Sandra

This mother’s day, treat a person you cherish to a nurturing and soothing Spa Yoga Workshop. Bring yourself, your mom or anyone who has been a mother to you (even your dad!) to relax, renew and rejuvenate.

Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of the Heartfull Meditation Techniques to help the mind go inward to the calmness in the heart center interwoven with a few gentle back stretches and the luscious classical restoratives, supported poses using bolsters, belts and blankets so that the body can simply rest.

We will also be doing a special extended self-foot massage sequence which is like spa yoga for the feet. By gently working the accupressure points of the feet, one can actually massage the whole body! After unwinding the brain and nervous system in Savasana, light tea will be served. You will leave feeling like you just came back from a mini-vacation.

“Asana and meditation help me see myself more clearly. They help me step out of the world of the mind into the heart where I can experience both the Love and Light in me. I also become more aware of old habits that are in the way of me being this Light all the time. Through the practice of Asana and Meditation I can connect to my heart and open the doorway to my inner teacher: Me. “
