Movement Medicine with Zoe and Dawni Rae at Hauteyoga
April 28 @ 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm| $20
a dance class inspired by Zoe’s professional dance career and her love of yoga. Zoe danced in the NFL for six years before embarking on her yoga teacher journey. She received her certification in 2022 through the Sendatsu Evolution Teacher Training Program. Zoe has married her love of dance, yoga, mindfulness, and ecstatic movement into one practice. She loves the healing power of movement and wants to share it with the world. Movement Medicine is a beautiful blend of meditative practices, with high energy expressive dance designed to heighten the spirit. The goal is to connect with one’s Soul, let go of stress, and make room for movement to heal the body. It is a space to invoke body positivity and a self-loving nature to the inner home we live in, mentally, spiritually, and physically. The flow of the class will begin like a vinyasa class on the ground. It will progress into energetic movement, with some choreography, exploring sensuality, and closing the practice with savasana.
Dawni Rae has had a big desire to bring a dance class to the studios. Zoe and Dawni Rae share the same passion for the healing results that come from this style of dance, “Movement Medicine”
Dawni Rae’s role is to support Zoe as the Instructor and build community by bringing folks together for the class and enjoy sips, snacks, and one another after our experience of movement.
