Please join Lara Ederer for 2 hours of head-to-toe myofascial release (MFR) and restorative yoga! Lara will briefly discuss the significance of the fascia, or connective tissue of our bodies, and how it can limit our range of motion as well as overall physical well-being. She will lead us through several self MFR techniques while discussing the basic anatomy, primary functions, and common dysfunctions. The last 30 minutes of the workshop will be spent in a few luxurious restorative poses for an overall reset for the central nervous system!
This all-levels workshop is perfect for anyone regardless of the style of yoga practiced or general fitness background. Please bring 2 tennis balls or similar sized MFR balls – If you plan to purchase, Rad Rollers are recommended. Comfortable Attire.
