Please join Lara Ederer, 500 E-RYT, and Therapeutic Specialist for 2 hours of head-to-toe myofascial release (MFR) and restorative yoga! Lara will briefly discuss the significance of the fascia, or connective tissue of our bodies, and how it can limit our range of motion, cause muscular tension, and affect our overall physical wellbeing.

She will lead us through several self MFR techniques from head to toe while discussing the basic anatomy, primary functions, referral patterns of tension in the body, and common dysfunctions. The last 20 minutes of the workshop will be spent in a few luxurious restorative poses for an overall reset for the central nervous system!

This all-level workshop is perfect for anyone regardless of the style of yoga practiced or general fitness background.

Schedule:
Sunday, April 25th, 2021
1pm-3pm

Cost: $50 if you bring your own MFR balls – 2 that are the same or $65 can include a pair of them.
