Myofascial Release is a technique that uses tools to target the fascia or connective tissues in the body.

When done properly, it can soften areas of stress and tension, increase range of motion, improve circulation, and encourage a calm state in your physical body and mind.

In this 90-minute workshop, Meagan Lass will guide you through techniques for self-massage and Myofascial Release for the upper body: the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands. MFR will be paired with complementary gentle flows to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
