Aham Yoga is hosting a community celebration for the International Day of Yoga! Visit the main Aham Yoga International Day of Yoga event page for the entire itinerary for the weekend of June 17th, 18th and 19th, 2016.
Join Arundhati Baitmangalkar as she takes you through a fun and unique workshop about the mythical stories behind the Sanskrit names for yoga poses. Arun will dissect the etymology for poses such as Vashistasana, Hanuman, Trikonasana and many more.
This workshop is open to all levels and backgrounds of yoga practitioners. Come join us as we walk you through these fun stories.
Cost
The cost of class is $20 as part of Aham Yoga’s International Yoga day celebration special. Pre-registrations are encouraged.
