Connecting to the moon’s cycles helps to reconnect us to nature and reminds us of our own cycles. The new moon is the time for a reset, getting ready for rebirth. This is a time to start fresh, and to remember that no matter where we are there is always rebirth waiting for us on the horizon. Together we take the time to rest, replenish and go within to help us find more clarity around what’s calling to us and what no longer serves us. This can be a time to recommit to your intentions or set new ones. We will put out into the world what we wish to call in by using the power of our voice, and sharing with one another. Let us declare our dreams, hold them for each other, and use our collective magic to spark life into them. You will take home a physical reminder of your new moon intentions to keep the magic going through the moon cycle. The evening will include: Candle lit restorative yoga practice Meditation and visualization Journaling with prompts – Exploring our dreams, intentions and purpose.

About the instructor: Tera Bucasas

Tera Bucasas

Tera is endlessly curious and loves to constantly be learning. She fascinated and inspired by the interconnection between all things. While she grew up locally her interest in other cultures and places has taken her around the world.
Tera believes yoga allows us time to connect to ourselves and others in a sacred way. An opportunity to not only take care of our physical, mental and emotional selves, but a time to connect to our shared humanity. She hope’s to help unravel the ideas of what yoga is ‘supposed’ to be, because yoga does not look the same for everyone or during all times of life. Tera creates classes that focuses on sustainability and substance, over flash and complexity. What she loves about teaching is the opportunity to connect to people, to create a space that is safe to show up, be real and continually grow together.
