Join Jasmine RaShae for New Moon Intention Setting and a Soulful Flow Yoga Workshop to manifest under May’s full moon magic!
The new moon and the week leading up the new moon is said to be a magical time to affirm and speak new things into your life. It is a time for self-reflection and to get clear about the things you really want to create and manifest into your life. The idea of speaking things into existence, prayer requests or the law of attraction are prevalent in a variety of spiritual practices and religions. During this workshop, we will mindfully set intentions and manifest during the new moon magic. After we set our intentions we will immerse ourselves into a soulful flow yoga sequence.
What is Soulful Flow Yoga?
Soulful Flow Yoga (SFY) merges mindfulness, movement, and conscious soulful music into an uplifting yoga practice to deepen the student’s connection to their mind, body, and soul. SFY is an inclusive practice designed to make yoga accessible to all, but particularly a vision to provide representation and exposure to yoga and wellness for communities of color. Jasmine RaShae shares messages from the heart for the soul in an all-levels yoga class. Immerse yourself into the music and let your soul flow.

About the instructor: Jasmine Rashae
Jasmine RaShae is an entrepreneur, yogi, and storyteller. Her platform Do It For The Story” is a site devoted to sharing her stories, the stories of other women and people of color through lifestyle, adventure, and yoga. It is a place to share authentic truths, without judgment or fluff.
She advocates that when we share our perspectives with others it can cultivate healthy dialogues and build community. Jasmine also believes through community adventures and yoga that we can experience life outside of our comfort zone, bring awareness to different activities, cultures and facilitate growth and healing in our mind, body and soul.
